A representative confirms availability and final shipping. If approved, payment instructions are sent by email; denials are also communicated by email.

No payment is collected online. Submitting the request form sends an order request for confirmation — nothing is charged, and nothing ships until a representative has confirmed the details with you.

- No. No payment is collected on this website at any point. Submitting a request does not charge you and does not create a binding order.
- What is a request number?
- Every submitted request receives a unique number in the format PS-YYMM-XXXXX. Use it in any correspondence about your request.
- Can I cancel?
- Requests can be cancelled at any time before confirmation. Once a request has been confirmed, it is reviewed individually.
- Do I need an account?
- No. An account is optional and simply lets you view your request history and status in one place.
