- Every submitted request receives a unique number in the format PS-YYMM-XXXXX. Use it in any correspondence about your request.

- Requests can be cancelled at any time before confirmation. Once a request has been confirmed, it is reviewed individually.
- Do I need an account?
- No. An account is optional and simply lets you view your request history and status in one place.
